To advance radio frequency mixed-mode interfaces, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency established the Technologies for Mixed-mode Ultra Scaled Integrated Circuits (T-MUSIC) program, announced in January 2019 as part of the second phase of DARPA’s Electronics Resurgence Initiative. The Defense Department needs help from Congress to ensure continued access to microelectronics.
